Today is Seth's teacher's birthday, so last night he spent a lot of time making her a card. It was getting close to bedtime, so instead of having him write the inside message, I told him I would write exactly what he told me to write. Whenever he makes anyone a card, he does it very intentionally-there is no rushing through it for him. He wants it to be special for the person, and I just love that about him. I wish I had taken a picture of the drawing he made for my mom after she had to put their dog to sleep. It was precious. Anyway, I just loved how he got his wording a little different in his message-and when he says "dreamed" he actually says it as "dreameded", which made it all the cuter when he was telling me what to say.
